The best experience in Morocco!! Brahim and his family were so welcoming and patient and kind!! We had the best time learning and it was such an amazing day!! Abbiamo fatto la spesa al mercato con Brahim, che ci ha anche accompagnati a comprare le spezie, poi abbiamo cucinato delle pietanze deliziose con la moglie e la mamma di Brahim, che con tanta pazienza ci hanno coinvolti in ogni passaggio. Pranzare tutto insieme è stato, poi, un momento di condivisione sulla cultura e sullo stile di vita marocchini. L’accoglienza e la serenità respirate sono davvero speciali, peraltro noi siamo vegetariani e sono stati molto disponibili a trovare un modo per soddisfare questa esigenza. Direi che si tratta di una cosa che NON SI PUÒ perdere a Marrakech. Speriamo di poterla rifare, un giorno! The entire familiy was so friendly and welcoming, moreover we learned how to cook traditional food to recreate the dishes at home. In hindsight, I feel really ashamed how I prepared Couscous at home (boiling water - soaking it). You will taste the difference! And the best part was that this day felt like hanging out with old friends. The place is not far from the Medina and can easily be reached with taxi or public transport.S V2024-02-03Don't think twice and book now! You will experience morrocan hospitality and most lovable people who will let you into their home and their hearts. And on top of that, there is excellent food that you can only dream of otherwise.
